1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewellery, hair accessories, or personalized décor products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and share the pickup or return shipping instructions.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or design, please mention it while initiating your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
